<p><strong>Darling Homes</strong> Also Ranks Highest in New-Home Design and New-Home Quality Studies.  Darling Homes achieved a score of 883 on a 1,000-point scale in 2008, up by 53 points from 830 in 2007 and performs particularly well in the Dallas/Ft.
